Need more details to give you specifics. There are several professional societies, but no “overseeing” bodies.
Altshuller Institute for TRIZ Studies
Product Development Management Association
Project Management Insttitute (new product development special interest group)
American Creativity Association
There are also “associations” run by a variety of consultants, mostly for people who want to learn their particular methodologies. Add some detail to your question and maybe members of the forum can help you more.

All the groups that I mentioned in the last post have innovation practioners (and consultants, and vendors of systems and methods, etc.). A good start would be to read their websites and see which ones are talking about the subjects that interest you.
I made an assumption that you are in the US. If that is wrong, there are lots of international associations at the large level (PMI) and the small level (TRIZ national associations in France, Italy, Mexico, Japan, China, Germany, Taiwan, Korea, etc.)
