TRIZ is great for solving identified problems. But how do I use TRIZ on Life Cycle managment issues. There are no current problems, I just want to do some minor changes to keep my product interresting for some extra years on the market.

How do I handle this task with TRIZ?

Products can be routinely improved by identifying functions that they perform suboptimally and then solving the problem called “how do I make so-and-so function perform better”. Better, cheaper, easier etc. To do that, you first need to identify the functions performed by system components on other components and on entities outside the system. Then you identify the underperforming or harmful functions and work to improve or eliminate them.

If you want more specifics, it helps to be more specific yourself 🙂
