How much money can one make as a TRIZ “expert”? Not a consultant (necessarily). Someone in a company, whose intermediate-level expert. Is it worth the time/money? I know Six Sigma certifications/belts are. It is the same in TRIZ yet?

From what I've seen at a lot of private companies and a small number of government agencies, being the internal TRIZ person definitely makes you more valued, and in a few cases the multi-skilled person (TRIZ and black belt, for example) was kept on while others were being laid off. Also, I know of cases where multi-skilled people were recruited actively. Is it actually worth money to be the internal TRIZ expert–I don't know. I hope some of them will answer you.
